Section 508 (j) Pages shall be designed to avoid causing the screen to flicker with a frequency greater than 2 Hz and lower than 55 Hz. 

All of the items below cause the screen, in whole or in part, to flicker, more than 1 times per second. (1 Hz = 1 second). These items may possibly cause a seizure, and harm to individuals who have epilepsy. Items that blink and move are distracting and are difficult for learning disabled and mentally disabled persons to navigate away from.

Push this button and the screen will blink rapidly on and off. DO NOT do this if you have epilepsy, or a history of seizures.
