Section 508 (l) When pages utilize scripting languages to display content, or to create interface elements, the information provided by the script shall be identified with functional text that can be read by assistive technology. 


The scrolling script in the status bar below is not accessible to assistive technology.


The mouse over to the left presents content that is not accessible by people who are vison impaired.


Here's an example of a cascading menu that is not accessible to screenreaders.
